Job Title: Internal Recruiter Location: Bradford Job Type: Permanent Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm, Office Based Overview: Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Internal Recruiter to join a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK’s Construction sector. You will be responsible for proactively recruiting and assign skilled Plant Operators nationwide, ensuring the right talent is matched to project needs. What’s on offer: * A meaningful role where your work can make a real difference * Continuous opportunities for learning, growth, and career development * 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays * Access to mental health and wellbeing initiatives and support * Regular social events and team get-togethers to stay connected Responsibilities: * Generate and manage plant operator leads through recruitment campaigns, social media, referrals and databases * Be the first point of contact for operators, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process * Screen applications, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate onboarding and inductions * Ensure a consistent supply of qualified operators to meet project and operational requirements * Maintain accurate operator records and update company systems and databases * Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls across multiple communication channels What do I need? * An understanding and experience using Microsoft Excel, Excel and Outlook * The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong sales and negotiating skills with commercial awarness
