Customer Service Administrator

\n Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a manufacturing business based in Alton. This will be a full-time office-based position.

\n Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:

\n
    \n
  • Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels

  • \n
  • Provide accurate product, training, pricing and delivery information 

  • \n
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints and issue in a timely manner 

  • \n
  • Accurately input customer orders into company systems

  • \n
  • Monitor order status and update customers on progress or delays 

  • \n
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets and customer documentation 

  • \n
\n
\n Requirements:\n

\n
    \n
  • Excellent customer service experience 

  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail 

  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • \n
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems 

  • \n
  • Own transport due to rural location

  • \n

\n The Role: \n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm 

  • \n
  • £13 per hour (rising to £13.50 ph after 3 month probation) 

  • \n
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • \n
  • Located in Alton 

  • \n
