Debt Recovery Officer

The CCC Debt Recovery Team is seeking to recruit a Debt Recovery Officer to be based in our Cambridgeshire Office As a Debt Recovery Officer you will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt, taking ownership for the collection of overdue invoices whilst proactively and effectively managing and resolving debt queries., taking direct calls from service users and working with internal/external stakeholders to resolve debt related queriesCandidates are expected to have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business & Administration or Finance or experience gained in a similar or related area. Knowledge and experience of debt recovery processes are an essential requirement of the job as is the ability to communicate effectively with customers/service users. Showing empathy, remaining calm and being able to influence behaviour in order to negotiate win-win solutions for the recovery of debt is a key requirement for this job.
