Job Title: Plasterer\n\nSalary: £38,000 per annum + Van and Fuel Card\n\nLocation: South East London\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services and social housing maintenance contractor for an experienced Plasterer to join their responsive repairs and maintenance team.\n\nThe successful candidate will carry out high-quality plastering works across occupied and void residential properties, delivering professional internal and external finishes while ensuring homes are left safe, clean, and completed to a high standard.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and property refurbishment services within the social housing sector across London and the South East.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out plastering and rendering repairs to a high standard\nComplete patching, skimming, bonding, and making good works\nDeliver work within agreed timescales and maintain excellent workmanship\nUse mobile systems to update jobs and reports\nWork safely and professionally within occupied homes\nProvide excellent customer service at all times\n \nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven background within repairs, maintenance, or social housing environments\nExperience in domestic plastering and associated wet trades\nFull UK driving licence\nOwn tools suitable for the role\nStrong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices\nGood communication and time management skills\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\nTags; Plasterer,Plumbing,Plastering,Tiling,Multi Trade, Tilier\n\nLON123
