You will be working with a highly skilled cross platform team to deliver core Fx and Treasury domain initiatives for 2021 and beyond. Leveraging your knowledge and analytical skills, you will deliver innovative solutions driving real business value to both our internal and external customers.About the role:The Product Analyst role is pivotal in the way we support our FX and Treasury products.  Working alongside a team of product owners, you will be responsible for bank integrations and the customer experience of our product. You will work closely with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand, articulate, and deliver vision and valueChampion our vision and working principles in your interactions with Business Units across the organisationTake responsibility and ownership of our payment products and services from an implementation perspectiveBe comfortable bridging the gap between operations and the businessCommunicate effectively with third parties understanding their systems and integration requirementsWork closely with the business to understand requirements and the justification behind themConduct market analysis to ensure we simplify, innovate and add incremental valueUndertake system analysis to understand the way the platform works today versus where it needs to be in the futureParticipate in Agile ceremonies driving the product roadmap with your knowledge of business processes and operationsMake decisions and prioritise your own workloadUnderstand and define key questions / decisions and identify the research or analysis that supports resolutionParticipate in launch activities leading up to and following new product enhancements, ensuring that appropriate communications are made to key stakeholdersWhat you bring:Excellent Product analysis skills & experience ideally within a payments or banking organisationStakeholder management and building good relationshipsStrong leadership skills and the ability to influence with or without authorityExcellent communication skills, able to tailor results into language appropriate for the audienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detailWillingness to learn and adapt with a positive attitudeAdded bonus if you have:Experience in the payments industryExperience working with banking platforms and systemsExperience in SAFe Agile development methodologyKnowledge of RallyKnowledge of XML#LI-AR1Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
