It focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment that encourages academic achievement, personal development, creativity, and positive values while helping pupils build confidence and prepare for the next stage of their education.

Job Responsibilities

\n
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
\n
• Carry out the professional duties of a teacher
\n
• Plan appropriately to meet the needs of all pupils
\n
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
\n
• Report to parents on the development, progress and attainment of pupils
\n
• Support initiatives decided by the senior leadership team and staff
\n

Qualifications/Experience

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification
\n
• Experience as a KS1 / KS2 Teacher or in a similar role
\n
• Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role
\n
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
